Vineet’s driving philosophy finds resonance in the words of Matt Langdon: “The opposite of a hero is not a villain, it’s a bystander.” Together with his team, Vineet engages in meticulous research of grassroots organizations displaying heroic qualities, capturing their narratives through compelling films.
Furthermore, ‘The Jai Hind Project’ extends its influence by providing training in storytelling and filmmaking to these grassroots organizations, equipping them to effectively engage with their target audiences.
Vineet is a post-graduate in Human Resources from XLRI, Jamshedpur, and has a certificate in Leadership Psychology from The University of Oxford.
