Siradej Donavanik
Leveraging his extensive network, vision for growth, and passion for group-wide development, Siradej is responsible for establishing and driving growth strategies for hotel development, identifying properties for potential hotel management agreements, and seeking new investment opportunities in line with Dusit’s three-pronged strategy for balance, expansion, and diversification across all our lines of business.
Taking the lead on various Business Transformation initiatives, he is also tasked with orchestrating synergies within the group and collaborating with external partners to enhance our operations, increase group-wide revenue, and deliver additional convenience, experience, and value for our guests and customers. A passionate advocate for all things sustainable, Siradej also heads Dusit International’s Sustainability Committee. His goal is to make the company’s operations as green as possible, including ensuring our food and beverage outlets work closely with responsible suppliers and farmers to source sustainable ingredients at peak harvest.
He also serves as Head of Culture for ASAI Hotels – Dusit’s exciting new brand of affordable lifestyle hotels designed to link curious, millennial-minded travellers with authentic local experiences in vibrant cities and resort destinations worldwide – focusing on innovation, creativity, diversity, and empowerment. Siradej graduated from the University of Exeter, UK, in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Economic and Political Development. He completed the Executive MBA programme at Sasin School of Management, Chulalongkorn University, Thailand, in 2017.
