Ranju Alex is the Area Vice President for the South Asia region, Marriott International that features 145 properties (managed and franchised) and over 25,000 rooms across 38 cities. Prior to this appointment, Ranju was the Market Vice President for West India. She brings close to 28 years of experience in the hospitality industry and is a 12-year veteran with Marriott International. She had also bagged some noteworthy awards and is a proud recipient of “Women of the Decade in Business & Leadership” award at the Women Economic Forum, UK, in 2017. She has also been awarded the Women Super Achiever Award by Femina; Woman achiever in the Corporate Category from Aparajita 2018 by Sanmarg and the Achiever in Hospitality from SHE awards by The Telegraph.
