Sameer Nayar is a global real estate investor with significant experience in all types of investment, development, and financing activities. His investing career spans over 25 years where he managed large geographies and has built significant businesses.

While at Credit Suisse, in Asia alone, he oversaw $7.5 BN of principal investments across the continent in debt and equity transactions. In the US, he was leading loan structuring and pricing with over $75 BN of loan originations during his tenure helping finance and acquire some iconic assets. As an entrepreneur, he has been the Founder of BuildSupply, a prop-tech business.
Sameer is an active supporter and leader of non-profit endeavors focused on Autism, children with special needs, and the environment. He is an active member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and an alumnus of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
