In his past role, Shobhit led the Capital Market division of JLL India with aplomb. Known as a “deal maker’ and for his many marquee transactions in real estate capital markets business including some of the sectors largest transaction, Shobhit has been instrumental in leveraging Indian real estate to the global capital market platform. He is a Member of National Committee on Construction Finance set up by CREDAI. Shobhit holds a Diploma in Financial Management from NMIMS Mumbai and Master’s in Planning (Urban Planning) from SPA New Delhi. He is a Bachelor of Engineering (Construction) from CEPT Ahmedabad.
